During the counseling session "Influencing the Mind," we explore the world of your thoughts and beliefs.
We look for the influence of archetypes.
If it appears that you may be sabotaging yourself, we will work with mind exercises to transform these obstructive thoughts into a set of supportive thoughts that enhance your positive flow.
This mind counseling can be applied to several areas. We can explore beliefs at the level of your health, emotions, relations, even at the spiritual level, depending on the desire or need there is.
It's all about personal growth.
Meditation or introspection can be one component, initially becoming aware of your own thoughts and feelings, secondarily supplemented by multiple coaching models.

This counseling session MIND can be booked as part of
"the women's counseling method" or can be booked on its own.

Je komt in een staat van diepe ontspanning en vergroot je bewustzijn. Vanuit meer lichaamsbewustzijn evolueer je naar meer zelfbewustzijn.
Ik maak je bewust van je huid en leer hoe je er optimaal zorg voor draagt. Zodat de gezonde glow je doet stralen.
De huid is ons netwerkorgaan met de buitenwereld.
Vanuit de betekenis van jouw kleuren ontdekken we wat jij nodig hebt om kracht uit te stralen en je grenzen aan te geven
Samen optimaliseren we je leef-en werkomgeving om je te ondersteunen in alles wat je doet. Meer ademruimte voor meer welzijn.
